Conveniently located near major tourist attractions and public transportation. The building has a charming French style and clean facilities. The staff are friendly, multilingual, and helpful with local recommendations. Well-maintained property with a range of services available. Grocery stores and patisseries nearby for convenient snacking or breakfast.

We had a great stay at this place. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood nearby the Old Port and many historical places. The service was excellent, including the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room amenities were remarkable: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was really helpful, including the staff with another manager and the tours/ticket assistance service.
Although the restaurant for dinner was a bit disappointing, the breakfast buffet selection was really wonderful. We enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, as well as the garden area.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from Le Panier and about 10 minutes from the port. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and the staff is helpful and friendly. There is a good selection for breakfast, and the hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood.

Great location near tram and attractions. Comfortable and spotless room. Espresso machine in the room. Enjoyable shower with perfect water pressure. Friendly and accommodating staff. Early departure with coffee and pastry provided.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was modern, clean and spacious with excellent air-conditioning. The hotel facilities were great, including the nice bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, capsule coffee machine. We loved the location, as it was only about a 10-minute walk from the Old Port and close to a Monoprix supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was super clean and comfortable, with a modern and stylish design. The super nice team and knowledgeable, providing great service throughout our stay. The hotel had a fantastic location, within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. It was also conveniently located near two large underground parkings, making it easy to explore the city by car.

Great breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Convenient location near the Port and grocery stores. The staff were helpful when we had trouble with our electronic key. we had a comfortable stay at Nh Collection.
